1 glass of filtered water
1 handful of ice
1 tbs NORDIQ Magnesium Powder
1) Muddle the strawberries on the bottom of your glass or mason jar
2) Squeeze half of the lemon in the glass
3) Add the ice, water and NORDIQ Magnesium Powder and stir with a spoon or straw
