Shipping and Payment
At ActiveLifeUSA.com, we are committed to handling, packaging and shipping your order in the most efficient, timely manner. We use traditional courier agencies (FedEx, UPS and USPS) for all our shipping needs.
Shipping
All orders are shipped same day if the order is placed before 12:00 pm EST; any orders made after 12:00 pm EST will be shipped the next business day. Please note that Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.
Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and customers will know about this before making payment. Orders over 35$ come with free shipping.
Shipping of Products
We strive to have your order delivered in the time frame selected at checkout. All orders will be delivered to the shipping address listed during the checkout process.
In the event a package is not deliverable as addressed
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned back to us. Please provide your complete and accurate address including zip code and mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
