activelife – HighRoller Ergonomic & Elevated Foam Roller for Muscle Recovery, Therapy & Exercise
activelife HighRoller Elevated Foam Roller – Adjustable 3-Position Design
A firmer, more versatile way to foam roll.
The activelife HighRoller takes traditional foam rolling off the floor with an elevated, adjustable design that gives you greater control over your positioning and pressure. Its wide, firm roller provides a supportive rolling surface, while sturdy adjustable legs help keep the roller stable and stationary during use.
With three positions — low, angled, and high — you can customize your setup to target different muscle groups and get more out of your rolling, stretching, and mobility routine.
Firm support that holds up under pressure
Not all foam rollers provide the same level of support. Softer rollers can compress significantly when body weight is applied, reducing the amount of consistent pressure you can achieve.
The HighRoller is designed with a firm, supportive rolling surface that resists excessive compression and maintains its shape under pressure, providing a stable surface for controlled rolling.
Its wider-than-conventional design also provides more rolling space for larger muscle groups.
3 adjustable positions
Choose from low, angled, or high configurations to change your body position and target different areas.
The elevated design provides additional positioning options for rolling areas such as:
- Calves
- Quads
- Hamstrings
- Glutes
- Back
- Forearms
Each leg features a grip-bottom surface for added stability while rolling.
More versatile than a traditional foam roller
Unlike a conventional foam roller that sits directly on the floor, HighRoller's elevated design gives you more options for positioning your body and controlling the pressure you apply.
Use it before or after workouts, alongside yoga or strength training, or as part of your regular stretching and mobility routine.
Easy to store & take with you
The HighRoller is designed with convenient internal storage. When disassembled, the legs and components fit inside the roller, helping keep everything together between uses.
An included carry bag makes it easy to store or transport your HighRoller.
