2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 capsule of NORDIQ Digestive Complex
1 cup of coconut milk
1/4 coconut yogurt

Toasted coconut flakes
Sliced almonds

1) Stir together the chia seeds and coconut milk. Cover and put in the refrigerator overnight. 
2) In the morning, give the chia seed pudding a really good mix, breaking apart any pieces stuck together. Stir in the yogurt.
3) Top with mangoes, coconut flakes and roasted almonds. Alternatively, top with your favorite fruits, nuts and seeds.  🙂
