Refund & Return Policy
Within 30 days of buying our product, no matter the condition, we will take it back if you are not satisfied. We will also provide you with a free return label to ship back.
Items purchased online must be returned within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
All of our products are protected with a 30-Day Guarantee. We accept all returns within this period if the item is damaged or defected. Please contact us for the RMA#.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company or bank to see if the transaction is being reviewed or in process. If you have contacted your credit card company or bank, and you still do not have your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. However, credit may be given to the account.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to 23 Strickler Ave, Waynesboro, PA 17268.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
